▸ Three structural locks, one offline answer

Anti-counterfeit material

Inert seal, manufactured by 3D printing
Material that cannot be reverse-engineered
Each seal carries a unique three-dimensional structure
Active tamper-evident strip built into the seal: any opening leaves an irreversible mark

Cryptography

An ECDSA signature is encoded directly into the material. The private key signs at manufacture, then is destroyed
The public key can be shared freely. It verifies the signature, but never reproduces it

Authentication

Three elements are required: the seal, a standalone physical reader and a mobile app
100% offline protocol. No secret is stored in the reader or the app
The secret resides in the seal itself
Readable by anyone, reproducible by no one

THE SEAL PROVES

Proof of origin - this product left this certified manufacturer, in this condition, on this date. Impossible to forge, impossible to substitute.
Proof of delivery - intact supply chain - verifiable offline by any field operator.
Permanent identification - (optional) the unique code is embedded in the CAD file or engraved post-production. The part carries proof of origin for life - no external seal, no network.

THE SEAL AUTHORISES AND GRANTS ACCESS

Production authorisation - one seal = one authorised part. Any overproduction yields parts that cannot be authenticated - fraud becomes structurally detectable.
Sensitive file access - CAD files are encrypted through the seal. Only the physical seal can decrypt them. Available in exclusive partnership with CORETECHNOLOGIE.
Sovereign Digital Product Passport - the seal becomes the access key to the DPP - origin, manufacturer, recipient, compliance. NIS2 and ESPR/DPP 2027 compatible.
